The van is where we started, and it's still the part of the kitchen we like best. Hot food, cooked in front of you, handed straight out the window. There's no pretending here, just food we'd be happy to eat ourselves.
We roll the van out to markets, festivals, private events, and paddock weddings. Anywhere a traditional setup doesn't fit, the van does.
